TRAVEL INFORMATION

We look forward to making your flight arrangements to Napa for the Nexxen & Tinuiti’s Client Advisory Retreat. We will do our best to accommodate first- choice flight requests.

Please keep in mind that due to fare restrictions, seat availability, and timing of requests, it may be necessary to provide an alternative flight option if the original request is not possible.

WEATHER

In late February, Napa Valley typically experiences cool to mild temperatures. Average daytime highs range from 55–65°F, with evening and early morning lows around 40–45°F. February is part of Napa’s rainy season, with occasional showers and cooler, overcast days possible.

We recommend checking the weather forecast before you depart and packing layers, including a light jacket or coat and comfortable shoes suitable for potentially damp conditions.

LOCAL TIME

Napa, California is currently observing Pacific Standard Time (PST). It is 3 hours behind Eastern Standard Time, 2 hours behind Central Standard Time, and 1 hour behind of Mountain Standard Time.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Nexxen & Tinuiti will provide round-trip transportation between your home and your home airport. Please plan to arrive with enough time to clear security and reach your departure gate; most airports recommend arriving at least two hours prior to departure.

Upon arrival at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK), transportation to Carneros Resort and Spa will also be provided. Please proceed to Baggage Claim and look for Nexxen Travel Staff holding a sign with your name and the Nexxen & Tinuiti logos.

Departure details will be shared one day prior to your return flight, including the scheduled pickup time from Carneros Resort and Spa to the airport.
